Jessica is an experienced litigator with more than 17 years of experience. She has handled a wide variety of matters with a special focus on Labor and Employment, Education, and high exposure tort matters.
Jessica is a seasoned trial attorney. She was on the trial team for the cases relating to the 2007 Con Edison steam pipe explosion. She was also part of the trial team for the cases arising from the 2005 “Black Sunday” fire in New York City.
Jessica has also litigated Federal cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and hostile work environment. For example, she handled a lawsuit by the DOJ against the City regarding claims of racial discrimination.
Jessica is passionate about helping families achieve the best outcome for their children with special needs. She helps parents to assess their options and to take appropriate action, whether that is informal negotiation or the commencement of a formal proceeding.
Jessica is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the Southern District and Eastern District Courts of New York, and to the District Court of New Jersey.
